Power washing is performed with a high or low-pressure water spray that thoroughly cleans these areas and removes loose paint, cleans and restores concrete surfaces, cleans mold and mildew from fencing and decks and restores the wood to its natural color, and in most cases will look like new! Vinyl siding may need to be cleaned yearly, sometimes more often. We offer high pressure and low-pressure washing services using cold water or hot water, depending on the surfaces. You see, there are some surfaces should not be washed at too high of pressure or with heat.  There are others that clean more efficiently with low pressure and a pre-set temperature.
